Facing problems at work due to a drink drive charge? Speak to our recommended drink drive solicitors.

Your choice

You have a choice over whether to sign a settlement agreement or not.

Your employer wants you to sign an agreement in order to prevent you from pursuing your legal rights in an employment tribunal.

You may feel that the financial settlement on offer is insufficient for you to agree to sign away your rights. You might want to fight your employer for more compensation or to earn back your job. You might have a matter of principle that you want to pursue.

If a settlement agreement is not appropriate in your case, we are able to advise you on pursuing your rights in an employment tribunal or in the civil courts. We run cases efficiently and cost-effectively, giving you the benefit of our expertise throughout the process.

If at any stage of the settlement agreement process you need advice on the litigation process, please advise us of this and we will advise you on commencing and pursuing legal action.

Worried about telling your employer about a driving ban Our recommended drink drive lawyers can help.
